Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive with 12 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing relevant talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from job requirement understanding to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
• Conduct preliminary HR/telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates on skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate databases and ensure recruitment trackers/ATS records are updated accurately.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, offers, and joining dates.
• Support offer negotiation and closure in coordination with the HR/hiring team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
• Track recruitment metrics such as open positions, source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, and time-to-hire.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives when required.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain professionalism throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with hiring managers.
