Job summary

Tsit Digital Technologies in Bangalore invites a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience to join our HR team. You will own end-to-end recruitment, source candidates via multiple channels, screen applicants, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, negotiate offers, and drive a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening candidates.
• Good knowledge of job portals and professional networking platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize hiring requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; ATS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker/ATS.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and move candidates through the process.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate offer rollout.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide hiring status reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
