Job summary

Syncortex in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment, team leadership, and stakeholder management to drive hiring strategies and support rapid business growth.

You will lead a high-performing TA team, collaborate with business leaders and HR, manage recruitment operations, and ensure timely, quality hires across functions while maintaining a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, including team management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proven experience in assigning and managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Hands-on expertise in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche skill recruitment.
• Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and hiring dashboards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring achievement of hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
• Assign and monitor requirements across recruiters based on business priorities and hiring volumes.
• Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Build effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment vendors.
• Track recruitment metrics, generate hiring reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve recruiter productivity and hiring quality.
