Job summary

Last Working Day is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead in Pune to spearhead end-to-end hiring, from intake to offer, while leading a team of recruiters. You will partner with business leaders, build robust sourcing pipelines, and champion a great candidate experience.

Track metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in recruitment with leadership experience, strong negotiation skills, and hands-on ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in recruitment with leadership experience.
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven track record of end-to-end hiring.
