Job summary

AMS is seeking a Team Lead - Talent Sourcing in Pune to lead a sourcing team within a banking client's RPO environment. You will drive sourcing strategies, mentor analysts, and partner with stakeholders to meet hiring goals.

The role requires hands-on player-coach leadership, strong Boolean search, market intelligence and volume-hiring expertise across technology roles. Hybrid work with 3 days in office. Immediate notice period preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of team handling experience.
• Experience leading a Talent Sourcing/Research team in technology hiring.
• Managed a team of 6+ sourcers/recruiters.
• Strong expertise in Boolean Search, Market Intelligence, Talent Mapping and Sourcing Strategy.
• Proven experience in volume hiring and pipeline management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience hiring for Leadership and Executive-level roles.
• Player-coach capable of managing both the team and critical sourcing mandates.
