Aspectratio in Pune, India is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through offer rollout, in an in-office role.

You will partner with hiring managers, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, arrange multi‑round assessments, and lead offer negotiations while maintaining accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in analytics, market research, consulting, data science, or related knowledge-services.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to work from the Pune office.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Work model: In office role

The Role

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the lateral recruitment process for various job postings. This role will involve managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process right from sourcing to offer roll-out and requires a hands‑on approach and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for various roles - from sourcing through offer acceptance and joining.
• Discuss requirements with hiring managers to define the role
• Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and alumni network
• Conduct comprehensive resume screening to identify relevant candidates for each job opening
• Conduct initial screening interview for candidates chosen through the resume screening to assess candidate fit for the job opening.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end by setting up multiple rounds of interviews for each candidate while managing the schedules of the interviewers and the candidate.
• Manage offer construction and negotiation in coordination with senior management
• Keep stakeholders informed with updates on pipeline, conversion, and blockers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• 5-10 years of recruitment experience
• Demonstrable experience recruiting in analytics, market research, consulting, data science, or a closely adjacent knowledge‑services environment.
• Working proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System and with LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing platforms.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work from our office location in Pune

Preferred

• Exposure to the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or CPG sectors, and familiarity with the vocabulary of commercial analytics and/or consulting work.
• Experience hiring for niche quantitative skill sets (data science, data engineering, forecasting).
• A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
