Job summary

Agivant Technologies is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with business stakeholders to build high-performing teams. You will source candidates through multiple platforms, screen and assess talent, and drive offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience in tech hiring.
• Proven sourcing expertise through multiple channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS / recruitment tools (e.g., Zoho) is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions and business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
• Source quality candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers / ATS regularly.
• Drive offer negotiations and manage post-offer engagement to reduce drop-offs.
• Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on hiring progress.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and process improvements.
