Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate criteria and staffing plans.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate fit.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offers.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Guide recruiters, allocate requirements, and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate with HR for smooth onboarding and candidate experience.
• Identify improvements to recruitment processes and sourcing efficiency.
