Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support the TA team in managing multiple open positions and recruitment drives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and recruiters to understand hiring requirements.
• Assist with offer rollouts, joining formalities, and pre-joining engagement.
• Prepare recruitment MIS and reports as required.
• Support other Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This role will provide hands-on exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support the TA team in managing multiple open positions and recruitment drives.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and recruiters to understand hiring requirements.
• Assist with offer rollouts, joining formalities, and pre-joining engagement.
• Prepare recruitment MIS and reports as required.
