Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed BA/MA in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support HR projects and administrative tasks as required.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast‑paced environment.
