Job summary

Nextwealth is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to support end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to interview coordination and closure.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls to gauge experience, skills, availability, and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth experience.
• Prepare job descriptions and postings for open roles.
• Assist with offer documentation and pre-joining coordination.
• Generate and track basic recruitment metrics and reports.
• Support Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives as needed.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and closure.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls to understand experience, skills, availability, and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support in preparing job descriptions and job postings for open positions.
• Assist with offer documentation and pre-joining coordination.
• Generate and track basic recruitment metrics and reports.
• Support the HR team in other Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA/B.Com/B.A. or any relevant HR/Management background.
• Freshers or candidates with 01 year of recruitment experience are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with candidates.
• Good understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates who are genuinely interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition/HR are preferred.
