Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for campus and entry-level hiring.
• Coordinate with colleges, universities, and placement officers for campus drives.
• Source and screen candidate profiles based on hiring requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in onboarding and pre-joining engagement activities.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
