Lupin is seeking an HR Intern in Pune to support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition practices.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Conduct initial telephonic interactions with candidates to assess interest and availability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track candidate status and maintain recruitment records.
• Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support campus hiring and walk-in recruitment drives.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and MIS.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
