Qualifications

• Graduate pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Prior internship or exposure to recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate trackers/MIS.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with candidate documentation and pre-onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update recruitment dashboards.
• Support the team in preparing recruitment reports and hiring updates.
• Assist in employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.
