Dentalkart in Delhi invites a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team for a 6‑month period, supporting sourcing, screening, and hiring coordination for multiple roles. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA in HR, business administration or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking data.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Prior exposure to recruitment/HR internship is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Post job openings on relevant job boards and career platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/panels.
• Coordinate in getting interview feedback and reason of rejection.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and communicate role expectations.
• Assist in sending rejection communications and onboarding documentation to candidates.
• Support employer branding efforts like social media hiring posts, referral drives, campus outreach.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements (JD, skills, experience level).

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team across sourcing, screening, and hiring coordination for multiple roles and functions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment cycles, candidate engagement, and hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Post job openings on relevant job boards and career platforms
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/panels
