Job summary

FruitBowl Digital is hiring an enthusiastic HR Intern in Mumbai to build a career in Human Resources with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, interact with hiring managers, and may have a path to a full-time role based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and PyjamaHR.
• Candidate must have thier own Laptop to use for this role.
• Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
