Job summary

FruitBowl Digital in Mumbai seeks an enthusiastic HR Intern with a focus on Talent Acquisition to start a career in HR. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews under the recruitment team's guidance.

This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, collaboration with hiring managers, and potential for a full-time role based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of prior internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and PyjamaHR.
• Own laptop required for this role.
• Understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
