Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
• Support campus hiring and internship recruitment initiatives.

Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Share interview details and follow up on feedback.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
• Assist in posting jobs across various recruitment platforms.
• Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Generate hiring reports and recruitment MIS.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree completed or final-year student (BBA, BMS, B.Com, BA, BBM, Psychology, or related fields).
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
