Job summary

Chain Reaction Consulting is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team in Bengaluru. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on bulk hiring for Sales and Marketing positions.

You will gain mentorship from experienced HR professionals, develop strong recruiting and communication skills, and have the possibility of a full-time opportunity based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Previous HR or recruitment internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, Indeed, Internshala, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and collect required documents.
• Assist with onboarding selected candidates.
• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets for bulk hiring.

About the Role

Chain Reaction Consulting is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has excellent communication skills, and is interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our high-volume hiring for Sales and Marketing positions. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
