Job summary

Time Hack Consulting, a fast-scaling HR tech and talent acceleration firm operating across India, invites a Recruitment Intern to gain hands-on experience in modern talent acquisition and be embedded in real hiring cycles from day one.

You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain pipelines in ATS, and contribute to job descriptions and employer branding. Hybrid work with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must-have: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, ATS (Greenhouse / Lever / Zoho Recruit).
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for data tracking.
• Experience in screening, shortlisting, and structured interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, and niche job boards for tech, sales, and operations roles.
• Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and maintain candidate communication across hiring stages.
• Build and update candidate pipelines in ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
• Assist in creating job descriptions, employer branding content, and sourcing strategies tailored to role-specific requirements.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Source-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate) to hiring managers.
• Participate in debrief sessions with hiring leads to refine screening criteria and feedback loops.
