Weekday AI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern who is highly disciplined, process-oriented, and eager to learn recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You will work across multiple companies and roles, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring. This is a fully remote role with PPO possibilities based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and hiring dashboards.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth interview coordination.
• Work closely with internal team members on hiring priorities.
• Help improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
