Job summary

PhonePe is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Intern to join the HR team in-office. You will gain hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end interview coordination.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Mass Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Source candidate profiles in high volumes using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media platforms, employee referrals, and database drives.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial telephonic screening calls to assess candidate suitability, availability, salary expectations, and communication skills.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule high-volume lineups, manage daily interview trackers, and follow up with candidates to ensure low drop-out rates.
• Database & Tracker Management: Maintain real-time hiring trackers, candidate pipelines, and status reports in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Onboarding Support: Assist the talent acquisition team with basic documentation, offer letter follow-ups, and candidate joining logistics.
