Job summary

IndiaMART in India is seeking a dynamic recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment across functions. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates via portals and referrals, screen resumes, and coordinate interview processes to close openings efficiently.

You will maintain trackers, support salary negotiations and onboarding, and help strengthen employer branding to attract top talent for current and future needs.

• Coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the cycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Coordinate offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
