Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals and internal databases; screen and shortlist resumes.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for current/upcoming openings, including bulk/frontline hiring for retail stores.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; track candidate movement at every stage.
• Engage candidates through the recruitment cycle with follow-ups, queries, updates and a professional candidate experience.
• Support offer rollout, document collection, pre-joining formalities and onboarding coordination; track joining status.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records and hiring MIS; report recruitment metrics and support employer branding initiatives.
