Job summary

Gemini Power Hydraulics in Mumbai is seeking a dynamic recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection and onboarding.

You will develop candidate sourcing strategies using portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring and other channels, partnering with hiring managers to close positions within timelines, and maintain a strong talent pipeline with a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to source candidates through multiple channels.
• Experience coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and teams.

• Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, hiring trackers and reports, and monitor key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness and offer-to-joining ratio.
