Job summary

SIONIQ - JOS in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain trackers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while helping meet hiring requirements.

You will manage campus hiring, walk-ins, job fairs, and recruitment drives as needed, building a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles and publishing openings on portals and the company site.

The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while helping meet the organization's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring positions.
• Publish job openings on job portals and company career pages.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and generate periodic hiring reports.
• Support campus hiring, walk-ins, job fairs, and recruitment drives as required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Adhere to recruitment policies, processes, and turnaround timelines.

Educational Qualification
