Job summary

Precision Group in Chennai is seeking an organized recruitment professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned roles. You will understand hiring needs, source candidates through portals and networks, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and maintain trackers and candidate databases.

You will ensure timely feedback, engage candidates throughout the process, and support onboarding for selected hires.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles
• Understand hiring requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback from stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
• Ensure smooth candidate communication and engagement throughout the process
• Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates
