Job summary

G Square Techsystems in Pune is seeking a recruitment specialist to own the end-to-end hiring process. You will source, screen, and onboard candidates, working closely with hiring managers to refine requirements and publish compelling job ads.

The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with hands-on sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms to build a robust candidate funnel.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
