Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA-HR preferred.
• 2-5 years of recruitment/HR operations or TA support experience.

Role Purpose:

Support the Talent Acquisition team in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding activities to ensure timely and seamless hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.

Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up for interview feedback and update trackers.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

Onboarding Support

• Coordinate document collection and pre-joining formalities.
• Track offer acceptance and joining status.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new joiners.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA-HR preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition Support.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.

Success Measures: Timely candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, feedback closure, offer-to-joining conversion, and smooth onboarding.
