Job summary

Sarvottam Polymers in Mumbai Suburban, India, is seeking a dynamic recruitment specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

You will collaborate with department heads, draft job descriptions, proactively source candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and maintain an accurate ATS, while tracking metrics and supporting employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, career page)
• Proactively source candidates using databases, networks, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Manage offer negotiations, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and employer branding activities
• Any other work which may assign to you from time to time
