Job summary

Mahasurya Ventures India in Pune is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding. You will source quality candidates, screen and coordinate interviews, and help close offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will maintain ATS data, support employer branding, and ensure timely, policy-compliant processes across the full recruitment cycle. This role requires collaboration with clients to understand workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
