Job summary

Vrinda Global in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment through third-party/vendor channels for frontline sales roles. You will drive sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer closure for assigned mandates.

You will manage and build relationships with recruitment consultants/vendors to ensure quality and timely closures, track hiring pipelines and ensure regular stakeholder updates, and identify strategies to improve hiring quality,

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment through third-party/vendor channels across business requirements for front line sales folks.
• Drive sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer closure for assigned mandates.
• Manage and build relationships with recruitment consultants/vendors to ensure quality and timely closures.
• Track hiring pipelines, candidate movement, TATs and ensure regular stakeholder updates.
• Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies to improve hiring quality, speed and cost efficiency.
