Job summary

Bacardi India Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment in Gurugram. You will partner with hiring managers, source high-quality candidates, screen and interview, and drive offers while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires strong communication, multi-channel sourcing, and hands-on ATS experience to build a robust talent pipeline and meet hiring KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, internal databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess skills, experience, motivation, and role fit.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Drive offer discussions, compensation alignment, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Source of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Joining Ratio.
• Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
