Job summary

Sarvottam Polymers in Mumbai, Maharashtra invites applications for a Recruitment Specialist role. You will manage end-to-end hiring, coordinate with department heads, draft job descriptions, source candidates, screen, and onboard new hires.

The ideal candidate will build a strong talent pipeline, optimize time-to-hire, and contribute to employer branding and campus outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, career page)
• Proactively source candidates using databases, networks, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Manage offer negotiations, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and employer branding activities
• Any other work which may assign to you from time to time
