Job summary

Flipkart in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to onboarding. You will drive candidate sourcing, screen and shortlist, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers with hiring managers.

You will partner with business teams to understand manpower needs, maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, and build a strong talent pipeline to meet future requirements, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

Job description

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with business/hiring teams to understand manpower requirements and close positions.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Offer Management: Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Recruitment MIS: Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and hiring reports.
• Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
• Hiring Targets: Work towards meeting recruitment timelines, productivity, and closure targets.
