You will source candidates through portals and social networks, screen and coordinate interviews, and build a candidate pipeline while maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Source candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Reach out to candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
• Ensure candidates remain engaged throughout the recruitment lifecycle until they join the organization.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment tracker regularly.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

Compensation will be competitive and will vary based on the candidate's educational background, relevant experience, availability, and overall fit for the role.
