Job summary

Novumgen in Vadodara, Gujarat, seeks a junior HR Recruiter to support sourcing and screening of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and social media, and assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across online platforms.

You will coordinate interviews with hiring managers, help with onboarding, maintain recruitment trackers, and participate in campus drives and internal referral programs, contributing to a smooth, policy-aligned hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of internship.
• Experience encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
