Job summary

Novumgen is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple platforms. You will coordinate interview schedules, maintain strong candidate databases, and support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of internship experience, with excellent communication, MS Office proficiency, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
