Job summary

Select Source International in Indore is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes for diverse client requirements. You will source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

You'll build and maintain candidate pipelines, drive timely follow-ups, manage offer discussions and onboarding, and collaborate with the BD/Account Management team to fill priority roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency (preferred).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant field (preferred, not mandatory).
