Job summary

Medipharma Konnect is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee the full life cycle of hiring in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. You will source, screen, interview, coordinate, and onboard candidates while maintaining close alignment with client requirements, timelines, and business priorities.

You will build and lead a team of recruiters, track progress, develop new clientele, manage partner relationships, and ensure timely closures while achieving recruitment targets and sustaining strong

• Manages end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinates with clients to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
• Develops and maintains relationships with existing clients and generates new opportunities.
