Job summary

RBL Bank in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring across the organization. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

You will collaborate with business leaders for workforce planning, build talent pipelines through portals, referrals, and networking, and maintain hiring metrics and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Develop talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Drive high-quality candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure within defined SLAs.
• Manage salary fitment, negotiations, and offer discussions.
• Handle recruitment approvals, background verification, compliance checks, and onboarding coordination.
• Work closely with external recruitment partners and monitor vendor performance.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and audit standards.
