Job summary

Busy Infotech is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across Technology and Sales roles in Delhi. The role emphasizes quality hiring, strong candidate pipelines, stakeholder coordination, and timely closures. You will own sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and data tracking to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of recruitment experience with hands-on sourcing and closure capabilities, plus a solid understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS usage.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of core recruitment experience.
• Tech and Sales hiring experience.
• End-to-end recruitment and closure experience.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining for Tech and Sales positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, vendors and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience and role fit.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate engagement and offer closures.
• Maintain recruitment data and pipelines through ATS/recruitment trackers.
• Track metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, selection ratio and offer-to-join ratio.
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
