• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to clients on open positions.
• Negotiate compensation and close positions within defined timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, database, and documentation.
• Ensure quality hiring and strong candidate experience.
