Job summary

The Moleculez in Mumbai is seeking an HR Recruiter (0-1 year) to manage candidate sourcing, phone screening, and interview coordination for our pharma-focused team. This office-based role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple candidates concurrently.

You will liaise with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and maintain candidate records, contributing to a positive candidate experience and smooth hiring processes in a fast-growing manufacturing and export

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment activities simultaneously
• Prior recruitment/telecalling/HR experience is an advantage

• Source and connect with candidates through recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and understand experience, skills, and career expectations.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and the concerned team.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview status and updates.
• Discuss job offers, roles, responsibilities, and other details with selected candidates.
• Handle salary negotiations and coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Minimum 0-1 Year of Experience)

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Salary: As per industry standards
