Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Recruiter to join our recruitment firm. The Recruiter will be responsible for understanding client hiring requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Understand and analyze client job requirements and candidate specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, compensation, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Shortlist and share relevant candidate profiles with clients.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
• Follow up with candidates and clients regarding interview feedback, selection, documentation, and joining.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations where required.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and turnaround times.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and understand their career aspirations.
• Work closely with the recruitment team and account/client managers to ensure successful closures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
