The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities at Anmol Chemicals, focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
Manage job postings and applicant tracking across various platforms
Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and campus recruitment
Conduct screening interviews (phone/in-person) to evaluate qualifications, experience, and role fit
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview outcomes and resume evaluations
Act as a point of contact for candidate queries throughout the hiring process
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the chemical/pharma industry
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollouts
Foster partnerships with universities, colleges, and recruitment agencies
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies
Monitor recruitment KPIs and generate reports to optimize hiring effectiveness

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field)
1.5+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the chemical, API, or pharmaceutical sector)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
Highly organized with strong time management abilities
