Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day recruitment activities, coordinate with candidates and stakeholders, and help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess basic suitability for open positions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely communication.
• Track interview status, candidate feedback, selections, and closures.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and coordination activities.
• Assist in maintaining recruitment reports and hiring-related documentation.

Candidate Requirements
