• Identify and proactively hunt for relevant talent, particularly for positions within the Travel & Tourism industry.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring.

• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to assess candidates and understand role requirements.
