Tech Mahindra in Mumbai is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles, source candidates, and coordinate interviews. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in recruitment, strong communication, and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment.

Graduate candidates are preferred with immediate joiner options available; join our growing talent acquisition team and contribute to meeting monthly hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO hiring preferred.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
