Job summary

Role & responsibilities

1. Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative methods to identify and attract top talent.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
5. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of Novel Office's employer brand, both internally and externally.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market dynamics to enhance recruitment strategies.
